An online Ayurveda consultation can help you discuss symptoms and plan the next step without travelling for the first conversation. It has limits: some concerns require a physical examination or urgent care.

At a glance

  • Confirm timing, fees and report-sharing details.
  • Prepare your symptoms and medicine list.
  • Ask when an in-person examination is needed.

An online Ayurveda consultation can help you discuss symptoms and plan the next step without travelling for the first conversation. It has limits: some concerns require a physical examination or urgent care. Preparing a clear history and recent reports makes the appointment more useful for both you and the doctor.

1. Book through a clear channel

At Aarogyam Shri Ayurveda and Research Centre, you can request an appointment through the website, by calling 8005252168 or by emailing [email protected]. Confirm the appointment time, consultation format, charges and how to share reports before the session. The head office can also coordinate centre appointments.

2. Prepare a one-page health summary

Include the main problem, when it started, previous diagnosis and what you have already tried. List medicine names, doses as prescribed and supplements. Add allergies, pregnancy or breastfeeding where relevant. Keep readable copies of reports ready, rather than searching for them during the appointment.

3. Ask what can be assessed remotely

Explain any symptom that is worsening or difficult to describe. Ask whether an in-person examination or another medical service is needed. Online consultation is not an emergency service. Severe chest pain, difficulty breathing or another urgent concern should be assessed promptly at the nearest appropriate medical facility.

4. Finish with a written next step

Before ending, confirm the advice, any further investigation and the follow-up plan. Ask whom to contact if a recommended product causes a reaction. Record the date of review. If a medicine change is proposed, make sure the relevant treating clinicians know about it so your care remains coordinated.

Before your appointment

  • Write down your main concern and when it started.

  • Keep recent reports and all medicine or supplement names ready.

  • Ask what the next step is and when the plan will be reviewed.

This guide is general patient information. It cannot diagnose your condition or decide which medicine or procedure is suitable for you.

Yes. Call 8005252168 or email [email protected] to request an appointment and confirm arrangements.

Can an online appointment replace every clinic visit?

No. Some symptoms need physical examination, tests or urgent medical assessment. The clinician should explain these limits.

After Panchakarma: Recovery, Routine and Follow-Up Questions

Aftercare is part of a treatment plan, not an optional extra. Ask for instructions before your final session so you can organise meals, travel and work. Advice should relate to the procedures you actually received and your health.

Before Panchakarma: A Practical Preparation Checklist

Preparation for a traditional Ayurvedic procedure should come from the clinician who has assessed you. It should not be copied from another patient or an online detox challenge.
